During stressful times our yoga practice can offer us the tools to stay calm in the face of adversity and the unknown.
Asana (postures), Pranayama (breathing practices), Meditation, all aid to create ease in the physical body, peace in the mind and to replenish the spirit.

We will discover how daily routines and diet are key to staying well and balanced, as we transition into a new year , and navigate through these uncertain times.
The workshop will end with a stress reducing yoga class.
